Pupils are grouped in mixed ability groups (EYFS/KS1).  Our practice is largely informed by the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS ) which is adapted to meet the needs of each individual child. Children are supported to join in with both child initiated and adult led activities.

Summer Term 2025: The pupils have been working hard on their reading skills. Some have been learning to recognise different symbols to help them to transition, others have been exploring sensory reading materials such as high contrast and textured books.
