EHCP
What is an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP)?
An Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP), is a legal document which is drawn up between the Local Education Authority, Health and Social Care and a child’s family, as required between the ages of birth to 25. The EHCP identifies a child or young person’s needs and sets out the additional support to meet those needs.
The school will host a review of EHCP for every child every year. This will be arranged by the school's EHCP Administrator. If you have any questions or need to contact the school regarding your child's annual review or EHCP, please contact;
