Complaints Procedure

If a parent has a complaint then it is the policy of the school to try and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Parents should bring their complaint in the first instance to the class teacher.

Please refer to our Policies page to access our latest complaints procedure. 

They can also approach the Headteacher, either in writing or in person, and they can be assured that at all times the school will do everything possible to help in a friendly and reasonable manner. If a parent is not satisfied they can request to see the Chair of Governors. The Local Authority agreed complaint procedure is available to view in our Schools Policy Section, which is part of our safeguarding document.
